Top 5 Best 300 Frames

Armattan TILT-R

Armattan 300Topping our list is the brilliant Tilt-R frame from Armattan is probably the best the 300 class has to offer at the moment. Weighing in at approximately 320g it’s pretty hefty. However, it has key advantages: with a Armatttan’s life time warranty you never to have to worry about another crash. It can also fit 7” props giving you even more thrust and efficiency for a proper Grand Tourer or even a micro AP ship. The 20mm tube arms give it great strength and the added benefit of thrust column efficiency.

Tankito30

Tankito30Coming in both G10 and Carbon fibre, this edition from Flying Cinema is a dream to fly and is the little brother to the Cinetank. Show casing the added benefit of the 300 with its’ easy gopro attachments, you will be able to record all your flights with a smooth ease. Weighting in at 224g it is also considerably lighter than many other frames on the market. What sets it apart is the 10 degrees tilted arms which makes it a rocket ship for long races.

Blackout 330

Blackout 330This old-timer still holds its own on the 300 battle ground. Made by renowned Multirotor company Blackout. Being slightly larger it provides more stability at high speeds and allows room for UHF and powerful 1.3ghz video transmitters. It also is compatible with optional 7” arms giving you even more power. However like all these quads the blackout is for hardened flighers as the extra weight add momentum in both flight and crash.

V3 Black Mamba

V3 Black Mamba (2)Now on its’ third iteration the Black Mamba is a staple of the 300 class. All-up-weight tends to hover around 975g with GoPro and full FPV gear. The extra size gives you the added benefit of 8” arms for smoother flight and even possible AP work. The beauty of this frame is its’ infinite different configurations and the carbon tube arms give you added thrust column efficiency as well as the ability tilt 5-10 degrees. This is a complex build but also a worthwhile one.

MXP 300

MXP300This adept 300 frame has been around for a while, yet very few other fames have managed to take it on as one of the best. The 6mm Carbon arms give extraordinary strength as well as having an ingenious folding mechanism, making it easy to transport. The built in PDB makes for easy wiring for ESC, ideal for beginners. Estamated AUW is 755g with FPV gear and GoPro putting it on par with many 250s.

This is the most useless article I have ever seen, who bothers to fly a 300 anymore let alone a quad with 6″ props. The fact that this list is even publish is an embarassement to this website, i advise you remove it immediately. Focus on the 4″ and 5″ quadcopters, 3″ is underpowered and weak. 6″ has no use.

  2. hmm you never talk tarot and im new and reognise tarot. they stand out a mie away in the budget range anyway as i cant see any 1 new wanting to drop 100 on a frame when they know they can get a hole quad with close to that frame.

I think alot of the companies in this industry are full of shyt and its all about taking advantage of newbs which is shocking really.

I thank you for these guides as unlike many you talk truth and its not jard to see. your guides have easily been better then asking out questions in forums or on fb as all you get is pepple recognising your a newb and trying to either make you fk up like they have or sell you there old gear for price of new..

Do not buy used gear! you will end up paying more then new dont ask me why but even at auction used gear sells for more then new.

Last I checked only houses go up in value lol.

My advise to any newb is look threw this website were on now. He gives sound advice but at same time he tends to stick with his fav brands and not talk about better and cheaper.
No new is going to go in heavy uness they dumb.

My advise read, stay cheap and learn, then move on to better or what may sound better.

As for this topic that mxp300 can be bought right now for £8 fiber glass or 12 for ful carbon.

Id appreciate some talk of budget like best budget fram like qav180 210 carbon ect as I believe all mewbs should start here and learn but then theres the tarot frames at same ish price which im shocked theres no mention of the tarot 300 as it puts most these to shame.

Not knocking you. As I say youve helped a bunch but for me I want every 1, even broke pepple to be able to have a hobby and some fun and it can be done if people was not so greedy and you be super carefull and dont rush.

Get a replica hubsan x4 toptop x6 and put together a list. I goto say the guys doing the qav kits for 50buck motors and everything carbon frame ect are doing a great job as £100 rtf should be affordable for all and no reason why less fortunate families cant part build “buy bit here and there,” for them self or there children for xmas. And on that note im out of here.

for me the tarot and robocat look best budget but qav280=mxp300 12quid carbon? thats a steal but the robocat and tarots around £15 is were im heading next.

I think then guys who make tilt frames are greedy mofos. you talking 3quid booms and 3quid mounts and they atleast 40 to buy. disgusting like most the companies in this game.

BE SUPER CAREFUL AS ALOT OF SNEEKY DECEIVING PEOPLE IN THIS GAME. FIND A GOOD CHINA SELLER AND STICK TO THEM. BE PREPARED FOR THE NO ITEM RECEIVED OR ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, DO NOT CLAIM ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED AS THEYL MAKE YOU PAY SHIPPING BACK. GO STRAIGHT TO ITEM NOT RECEIVED AND FK THEM LIKE THEY TRY TO FK YOU BUT DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT DO IT TO THE GOOD GUYS!
